Malachi Mike Basden builds earthships, permaculture and urban farming. He has been involved in the sustainability movement for over 20 years and has travelled the world to teach sustainability and, of course, construction methods to those interested. In the 1990s he was Wynton Marsalis’ personal assistant and helped promote jazz at Lincoln Center.
